Favorites and browsing preferences

Saved event hearts and your Cards/List preference are stored in this browser on this device using local storage. They are not synced between devices. You can unsave events with the heart button or clear this site’s browser data to remove these settings.

Feedback and email

When you submit feedback, the request type, subject, message, current page URL, and any optional reply email are sent to FormSubmit and delivered to helloencorehouston@gmail.com. Encore uses these messages to review requests, improve the site, and reply when appropriate. Providing an email is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing. Messages may remain in Encore’s email inbox while the request is handled and for follow-up. Email us to request deletion of feedback you submitted; we may need enough information to identify it.

Hosting, sign-in, and analytics

Encore is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Anyone can browse this public beta without an invitation. The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser details, request times, and pages requested for operation, security, and usage measurement. Site analytics provide traffic totals such as visitors, page views, and requests; Encore does not currently offer a named visitor activity dashboard. OpenAI’s own privacy policy also applies to its services.

Encore also uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and interactions, including visits, approximate location, device information, and clicks to external ticket sites. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. Learn more about how Google uses data at Google’s partner sites notice; you can manage cookies in your browser.

Other services

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them. Opening a venue or ticket-provider link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Feedback processing is subject to FormSubmit’s practices. Please avoid including payment information or other sensitive details in feedback.

Current affiliate status

No affiliate commissions are currently enabled on Encore. If affiliate links are added, we will update this disclosure and identify them so you know Encore may earn a commission from qualifying purchases under the provider’s program.

Event details and ticket purchases

Listings cover selected venues and teams, not every Houston event. Calendar information and ticket availability can change; dated saved listings may appear when a source cannot refresh. “View event” links point to matched event pages, while search links may require you to select the correct event. Always confirm details on the provider’s site. A link does not guarantee available tickets or a particular price.

Providers handle purchases, delivery, refunds, and customer support under their own terms. Contact the provider you purchased from for order help.

Independent project

Encore Houston is an independent event-discovery project. Listing an artist, venue, team, or marketplace does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an official partnership. Mike’s Picks are personal selections, not guarantees of ticket value or availability.
